Publik can be described as a modern restaurant with a varied menu where flavor combinations inspired by, among others, the west coast, Japan, and South America provide guests with an exciting culinary experience. Since we want to be a restaurant that stands out from the crowd of West Coast eateries, we focus on offering a wide and slightly unusual selection of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.

Event & Catering
We have extensive experience with wedding dinners and various types of catering. Weddings, receptions, shareholder meetings, board meetings, staff parties, private parties, funerals, meals, and other types of gatherings.

Backyard
Backyard is Publik's relaxed pocket – where our journey once started in an old fish wagon in the summer of 2014. Today you can find us on the dock behind the house, with unbeatable sea views and a menu in true food truck style: uncomplicated, tasty, and served directly over the counter. Sit down in the sun, take it to the beach – or swing by by boat for a seaside drive-thru.
Backyard
Backyard is Publik’s laid-back sidekick – where our journey once began in an old fish cart in the summer of 2014. Today, you’ll find us on the pier behind the house, with unbeatable sea views and a menu in true food truck style: uncomplicated, flavorful, and served straight over the counter. Sit down in the sun, take it to the beach – or swing by with your boat for a seaside drive-thru.
